The Company:

Role:
As a Customer Support Team Member you will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls in relation to both new and existing customers. Experience in the appliances industry will be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for selling whitegoods and providing the best pre and post-sale customer support. Provide fast, efficient responses to email enquiries whose content range from in-depth appliance knowledge to a simple date change. You will be part of a fun, and energetic team that is focused on offering the best customer experience on the net. You will enjoy being part of our “one in all in” ethos. We are looking for a team player who is able to step up when things get super busy.

Skills & requirements:

•    Previous sales or call centre experience will be highly regarded
•    Excellent telephone manner
•    Commitment to quality customer service
•    A motivated, proactive and positive approach
•    Ability to up-sell
•    Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
•    Strong work ethic, honesty & integrity
•    Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 7am – 11pm Monday – Friday and some weekend work
