The Winnings Group comprises Winning Appliances, Australia’s leading kitchen and laundry appliance specialist, and the online retailer Appliances Online, which has experienced remarkable growth since 2005.

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Order Processor to join our fun and dedicated team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide an efficient service in the processing of orders and ensuring all Appliances Online customers have a memorable customer experience.

You will be responsible for delivering high level customer service to internal and external clients. Attending to customer calls from the phone queue in relation to delivery timeframes, product questions, phone sales orders or customer issues.

Working in a close-knit and dedicated team, you will be fully supported by an experienced management team committed to you and the business. In return we offer a fantastic employment opportunity & working conditions.

Skills & Requirements:

•    Attention to detail. This is most important skill in processing so that orders are processed accurately as well as efficiently.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email & the ability to learn new programs.
•    Strong communication, time management & problem solving skills
•    Superior customer service skills; enjoy dealing with people daily
•    Well-spoken, and have a positive attitude
•    Demonstrate initiative, and be systems-oriented
•    Ability to work as a team member
•    Commitment, strong work ethic, honesty & integrity
•    Must be  available to work weekends

This position is based at the Edgecliff Appliances Online office. Previous experience in customer service is highly regarded, however not essential.
